Asus Prime Q270M out of stock

I ordered 4 of the Asus Prime Q270M-C/CSM motherboards over two weeks ago. I have 3 suppliers and all 3 have this and comparable motherboards on backorder. The expected delivery date is now 4/20/18 and keeps changing. I have checked online for other suppliers and all say none in stock. Can anyone tell me what is going on with these boards?

The same as what happens with high-range video cards, or Ford GT500. Limited production, high demand.
