My PC turns on but my monitors gets no signal.
My specs
Motherboard: Asus PRIME Z390-P ATX LGA1151
CPU: Intel Core i5-8600K 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Black Edition 42 CFM CPU Cooler
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1080 8 GB MINI ITX
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory
SSD: Samsung 970 Evo Plus 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 500 GB 3.5" 7200RPM
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA GA 850 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX
My MB is brand new and was installed to replace a damaged MSI MB. My CPU, PSU, Cooler, SSD are also all brand new. After my cpu finally arrived and I turn it on I realized that my MSI Optix MPG341CQR monitor wasn't getting a signal from the GPU & MB ports(Display and Hdmi). I carried to an IT specialist at my job who told me that he was able to get it booted up to/enter the Windows 10 OS but when I brought it back home I still got no monitor signal. My monitor is completely fine because it's the same monitor I'm still currently using for my Nintendo Switch and Laptop. After bringing the PC back home I also noticed that my Redragon gaming mouse suddenly stopped registering while the pc was booting and discovered that all 10 of my USB ports wouldn't register my mouse and keyboard(They are fine because they work without issue on my laptop right now) Took the PC back to IT at work and after a bit of fiddling and using a basic Verbatim keyboard and a basic office mouse(both usbs), we were able to enter BIOS which said all my parts are working fine, then we force booted into the OS and I logged in no problem. While on the desktop screen the MB immediately tried to launch a BIOS update but my pc wasn't connected to the internet at work. It's also now stopped registering the Verbatim keyboard and now this office mouse is the only thing that the USB ports gives power to. Haven't been able to trigger the bios menu since I mentioned earlier because the keyboard gets no power. The issue persist even after I did a CMOS reset by removing the battery today. Any solutions would be greatly appreciated.
