Question Asus Pro WS WRX80E-SAGE SE WIFI stuck with stop code 02

I Just build this PC for the 30th time and this is the first i have seen this error stop code pop up and stay on this even after 2 or 3 hours.
I have done a CMOS, a full power drain from the system and also I have removed all the cables so its only the power cable connected.
Apart from checking the wiring and connections is there any other things i can do? or any advise how to clear this error?

Why did you need to rebuild 29 times prior? Might want to inspect the CPU's socket for any bent or broken pins.

You should also consider posting your full system's specs, like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
