Asus probe

Hi

Me and my brother we both have Asus A7N8X/DLX 2.0 and XP 2500+ only thing that is different is that i run mine @ 3200+.

My temp in bios = 50c temp in Asus probe = 40c
My brothers temp in bios 40c and temp in Asus probe = 50c

How is this possible??? mine is 10c warmer and my brothers is 10c cooler according to Asus probe ???

IF u did a search, u wud find that most of the ASUS Probe questions wud be replied with a ASUS ANAL PROBE. Its just sucks... stick with ur BIOS readings. Download MotherBoard Monitor - MBM5.

Still I wounder how it can be 10c + and 10c - from the true temp on the same mobo ?

Let me suggest u something. If u cud possibly do it, swap ur the CPUs on both mobo and then see what reading is shown by the ASUS Probe. May be then u cud understand how the program really works... the best bet i wud say is to download and install MBM 5.
