Instead of putting it under water, maybe they should put it on sale for customers to buy.

Nah! 6900XT will newer be on sale in big numbers unlike 6800XT may be. It requires perfect Navi22 chip... there will not be many of those. Nvidias 3090 is cut down chip for good reasons! It is easier to find chips that have few defective parts than totally flawless!
But 6900XT may be the only version where it is sensible to use water cooler!
