About a week ago my r9 290 while in game my monitor turn black after about 10mins of gaming I don't know the problem but I think it might be the graphics card. After this happened I downclock my 290 to stock settings
core clock: 947
memory clock: 1250
and it worked fine after that
here are my specs
Intel core i5 4460
8gb ddr3 ram
ASUS R9 290 OC EDITION
1TB HDD
650W CORSAIR VS650 80+

I want to know which part is faulty or not

Try to overclock it within reason, google for a benchmark or something on OC your GPU and see their values (and make sure they don't use different cooling than you do) and set your GPU close behind those values and then just downgrade until you stop having black screens.

Also, I don't know how much power your AMD consumes, but from what I heard, people said to stay clear of Corsair as a PSU. I'm using the EVGA 850W G2, I can now overclock my CPU properly and my new GPU also works perfectly.

It may be possible that you have a faulty GPU try contacting AMD. And there were people that didn't recommend corsair on your version. You might look into that too

Evga has 10 year warranty and it's said to be excellent. I have one for a month, everything works fine. But you should first make sure your psu is to blame and ask AMD
