Im using the HDMI directly from the GPU to the monitor and it is not giving me the 144hz option in my resolution settings. What should I try to do?

Im using the HDMI directly from the GPU to the monitor and it is not giving me the 144hz option in my resolution settings. What should I try to do?

You have to use DVI, HDMI is not supported for anything over 60 for the most part.
