ASUS + Rizen No Vid+Beep Code

Beep code and no video on
Asus A320M-CR2.0
Ryzen 5 1400
2x8gb ddr4 2133

1Long, 3 short, short pause,1 short beep code
I tried reseating everything, plugged in vid card and different vid ports on the mainboard. any suggestions? Not sure what to RMA if RMA is necessary.

1 long 3 short is video card fail

If anyone still sees this post, I am having the same issue.
ASUS Prime B450M-A Motherboard
Ryzen 5 2600X CPU

On POST I get one short beep for startup, the 1 long 3 short for video/memory not recognized? I originally had 3000MHz 16GB sticks (too fast without O.C.) so i changed to G.Skill 2600MHz sticks.
Going through troubleshooting list I had already done most things. CPU pins good, motherboard mounting good, power connections good, heating good, fans good, RAM verified compatible.
If the error is video card not recognized, and it is onboard video, would that mean the motherboard is DOA?
