Question asus rog crosshair viii dark hero issue

Hi guys, so a friend of mine's asus rog crosshair viii dark hero motherboard isn't working, it doesn't boot up and there are no lights coming from it. Is there any solution to fix this?

We're going to need a little more info. When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:

CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model.

You might want to also include everything you've done in order to troubleshoot the system. If you're using parts to rule out the one on the existing being faulty or failing, include the makes and models of them as well.

No os yet (just booted)

tried taking it apart and trying to fix it but not even the led boots(it crashed after 4 minutes and doesn’t boot again tried resetting too
and pressed cmos
and refuses to even boot
