Asus Rog laptop gaming problems

Hello.My gaming laptop,an Asus ROG G551JW (i7 4750hq @3.2ghz,GTX 960M 4gb gddr5,8gb ram) has poor gaming performance(or I expect too much from it).On games like farcry 4 and fallout 4 on verry high settings I get somewhere around 25 fps.Is it ok or the laptop has some settings that I have not discovered?Thanks!

No, that's to be expected. A 960m is only equal to a desktop GTX 750, which isn't terribly spectacular, but can run games and some settings.

Turn down your settings.
