I have a ASUS ROG Zephyrus 5
Ryzen 7 3750
GTX 1660ti
16 GB ram
I will not go in gaming because thats way beyond.
My PC lag normal operations like opening folders, displaying files, opening apps, executing simplest of commands, i can even take my hands of my keyboard and watch this msg type itself in front of me.
measures taken
clean installed windows 10, updated all drivers IObit du
updates VC++ all of them
redownloded .net framework
updated gtx driver
direct X
it didnt work so I installed ghostspectre win10 U7 1909
did all above steps but it didnt work either
reinstalled win 10 preactivated again
settings and stats that were common
put battery selection to high performance
cpu usage is normal at 10-30 percent
SDD usage 0%
Ram 30-40%
the weird thing is sometimes my lappy just starts running way too powerfull and then suddenly starts performiing slow
I have tried everything I can find on internet and TH but nothing helped. please suggest me something.
