Question ASUS ROG Maximus VI Impact - Q-code 00 on M.2 Install

Hello folks,

Today I received a WD SN850 and upon installing it into the mPCIe Combo II card on my ASUS Maximus VI Impact motherboard, I receive Q-Code 00 and the system will not post. When I unplug it, everything works instantly. Any suggestions why this might be happening?

Intel SSD running Windows 10

This M.2 will only work with sata SSDs not with nvme, which your SSD is.

Update your BIOS to get it more compatible if necessary for sata drives
