Also, do these have support for Intel's new Kaby Lake i7 7700k CPU? Which one is better in terms of performance and build quality? Price is not a concern, and neither is the look. Which one will keep all of my components safe? Thanks!

Both are good boards so it really comes down to eat a apple or eat a orange.
I like Gigabyte boards better but that's just personally preference.

you're in a price range where there is not much of a difference anymore but personal preference.
however if you're waiting for Kaby Lake anyway, waiting for a Z270 board to be released with it sound about right (unless you're in need of a board right now)
