Question Asus ROG Strix 450-F Gaming Yellow Light

I ask for your support, I have a problem with the asus B450-f gaming, everything seems to be working fine, but when it is off for several hours and if I want to turn on it does not go past the yellow LED, I press restart and it already works correctly, what could it be?

I have reviewed many posts, but in all the system does not start and in my case with the restart it works correctly, I appreciate your support

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
MB: Asus B450-F Gaming Rog Strix
Ram: Hyper X 2x8GB 3200
GPU: Sapphire RX 5600 RX

Also what is your PSU?
