Asus ROG STRIX B250GM OR Asrock Z270M-ITX/ac?

My current build
8gb samsung DDR4 RAM 2400mhz
I5 7500
GTX 1050TI
Msi b250m pro vd
1TB WB green hard drive
120gb sata 3 SSD
EVGA 500W 80+ power supply

What I am upgrading to
16GB G.skill DDR4 RAM 2800mhz
MSI RX 580 armour 8gb VRAM
250gb M.2 HP EX900 nvme SSD
1TB WB blue hard drive

(If you are asking why I am buying another MB,ram,HD etc is because I will build another comp with the parts I am taking out for my liitle bro)

Now for the question in hand, Which motherboard should I choose? Both are around the same price and I cant seem to decide.

The Asus looks amazing and fits the colour of my build but with the asrock I will be able to reach 2800mhz with my ram and not be locked at 2400mhz with the asus. Also if I buy the asrock I will most likley buy a small case and have a sick portable build since the armour rx 580 is quite small aswell. I also already have a wifi/bluetooth card so I dont really care that the asrock comes with it.

I dont really know much about motherboards, hope any of you guys help me out

Well generally speaking the Z chipset tend to offer more features compared to the cheaper variants. The board itself has reviewed quite well so its a good choice-I think you'd be happy with it.
