Question Asus rog strix B350 f gaming

So hello guys i have one problem and I need your help so if anyone know what I must to do I will appreciate it. So I have Asus rog strix b350 f gaming latest bios update with ryzen 7 1700 and the cooler dark rock pro 4 in the package it have 2 fans the 1 fan (120mm) it doesn't work on CPU fan at the top of my motherboard 4 pin pwm header and I don't know why I try to put it again with the extension cable that comes with the cooler(the one is 3 pin and the other is 4 pin I try and the 2 ways) but nothing I thought that this header wasn't working and I try the middle fan and a new fan that I have and is working, if I put this fan to other header is working (with and without extension cable) but to this is not, what I can do to fix it ???

So you mean your cpu doesnt have 2 fan headers?
Does the cooler come with a 2 to 1 fan header adapter?

Yes the cooler comes with this cable I don't need to use it from 2 to 1 I just want to fix this for the fan but I don't have problem I can put it and to other pwm header to motherboard I just want to see what is the problem and is not working
