[SOLVED] Asus rog strix b450-f gaming won't post?

I had a processor ryzen 1600x, so i bought a motherboard, i have assembled everything but it wont post.

below are my specs,

Amd Ryzen 1600X
Asus Rog Strix B450-f gaming
Corsair 4gb x 4 3000mghz
MSI GTX 1060 6gb
Thermaltake psu 850SWatt 80plus gold

Please can anyone guide me what is the issue.

Do you see any of the QLEDs when you try to boot ?

They are near the top left of the RAM slots and should help indicate where the problem is.
