The x470 might overclock better, other than your choice of motherboard doesn't really have any effect on gaming performance.

I agree I have the ROG Strix B450-F Gaming with a Ryzen 5 2600, G.Skill Trident Z RGB 3200 RAM and an MSI GTX 1660 TI Armor 6G OC. I run my CPU at 3.9 GHz, my RAM at 3400 and my 1660 TI at 2070 MHz.
I run current games at 1080p on ultra and get around 100 fps or better.
I believe the X470 would allow a slightly higher OC but I don't think it would add more than a few fps.
