[SOLVED] ASUS ROG Strix B450i Won't Post With ROG Strix 1070

I'm trying to upgrade my system from a gtx 1050ti to a 1070. With the 1070 installed the system will power up, but won't post. I can see RGB lights flashing rainbow, and fans spin up normally. There is a white VGA light on the motherboard indicating the error.

Specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 2600
ASUS ROG Strix B450i Motherboard
16GB Corsair Vengeance 3200 RGB RAM
Corsair CX750M PSU

So far the basic troubleshooting I've done has been to test the card in another system to verify it works, update the motherboard BIOS, try a different PSU, booting the system with a single stick of RAM in slot A1, and stared at it in puzzled frustration.

Any suggestions on further troubleshooting or obvious things I might have missed would be appreciated.

Try to use old gtx1050ti, and DDU to uninstall the GPU driver first, then shut down the pc, switch to the gtx1070. Reboot the PC, you should be able to boot.

No need drivers to see flash screen or enter bios.

Try to use old gtx1050ti, and DDU to uninstall the GPU driver first, then shut down the pc, switch to the gtx1070. Reboot the PC, you should be able to boot.
