Question Is having 2 fps monitor running in the same time interrupt each other

I mostly use steam fps counter and msi afterburner to show the fps.so in screen have 2 fps counter, steam show 199 fps the msi afterburner show 201 fps .is running 2 of this in the same time interrupt the frame

Running 2 of the same app, is technically counter productive as they will be drawing resources. I'd stick to just one app to show you your frames per second.

In everytime i playing game i use both of these two software running in the same time and i see that the number of fps never be different from each other from msi afterburner and steam.and magic happens yesterday i curious so i disable msi afterburner fps monitoring and only show gpu usage,cpu usage only in msi afterburner but not shown my fps and suddenly with only steam fps counter i feel that my frame getting higher and the drop is less.it happens in cpu bound game
