I mostly use steam fps counter and msi afterburner to show the fps.so in screen have 2 fps counter, steam show 199 fps the msi afterburner show 201 fps .is running 2 of this in the same time interrupt the frame
Running 2 of the same app, is technically counter productive as they will be drawing resources. I'd stick to just one app to show you your frames per second.
