Yes and if it's 5% slower it will still be about 5% faster then the 480, but that website averages the 1060 6gb lead to about 10% I'd consider a percentage drop like that a pretty big difference. I don't like when people use the wrong model and say well it preforms the same because it's close, but never have I seen the same. If you can afford 6gb 1060 I'd get that otherwise 470 or 480
