Asus ROG Strix X370-F Gaming AM4 ATX Motherboard

Just a quick question, on the store page, the motherboard states it has AM4 and AM3+ cooler support. Does this simply mean i am able to install an AM3+ cpu cooler for my Ryzen 1800x???

Those CPU cooler brackets can accommodate FX coolers but they wouldn't be good enough for 1800x. I had one from a FX 8350 on my 1600x and it was just good enough without turbo speeds, than it would just shoot above 80c which is not acceptable.
