Specs:
AMD 7800x3d
RTX 4090
64G DDR5 Trident G-Skill
1350W Thermaltake 80+ Gold
Steps to cause this to happen:
- I received the board, installed everything, then flashed bios to the latest version
- Power on the machine, it had a 'bios updating, please wait' screen, and then reboot itself
- After RAM training, it will always emit a red CPU light followed by error code 4d.
- Reset CMOS and flash bios back to default version. No result, error code still 4d.
- Reseat CPU and swapped power supply. No result, error code still 4d.
- Swapped ram sticks. No result. Error code still 4d.
- Removed GPU and connected an hdmi cable to on board graphics. No result, error code still 4d.
