Hello! For starters, my mobo has been working fine until i made a CMOS reset. Now i cannot enter or reset the bios at all. It just boots to the (Press "Del" or F2 key to enter the bios) and a BOOT LED lights up on the mobo. And there i am stuck. )PICS BELOW)

I have done following:
Unplugged everything (power, cmos-battery for at least an hour ,removed all cables leaving just mobo, ram and cpu connected. Still the same issue. Sent it over to the store i got it from, and they looked at it said it had bent pins and just sent it back. They said they had seen worse but this was enough to not even look at it and hence no refund. I dont think its related to this tho because of the BOOT LED. Why isnt the CPU LED Lit in that case? Dont know what i should do. Anyone really good here that can help me out?
Or direct me to anyone who can? Im not a total stranger to soldering, maybe if someone could help me locate the bios chip i could desolder it and flash it manually?

My Setup:

Asus Rog Strix Z390-F
Intel i9 9900k
Corsair Vengeance DDR4 16GB ( CMK16GX4M2A2666C16 )
Corsair TX750 PSU
Corsair H100i Watercooling
Gigabyte GTX 1070Ti
SSD Drives

Note that it has been running just fine, i just wanted to reset my BIOS.

When you hit F2 can you enter bios?if so hit F5 to load default.and try to start the computer.just my two cents.
If you cant accsess the bios, did you mb come with a memory stick ?this contains the drivers and probably the original bios, might try to flash it.

Nope it doesnt react to F2 Del or F8. But it reacts to ctrl+alt+del which reboots it. I forgot to write a lot of things ive tried.
Using a PS/2 keyboard for the sake of this, cause ive had that issue on another computer.

Nope no usb drive. But i also tried putting the bios file directly on a flashdrive but since it cannot get past this screen im pretty much screwed :/

And i also have two computers beside eachother so no problem with screen. Graphics cards doesnt matter whice one i use still wont get past post screen. Swapped memories in all combinations, removed battery as i said. Maybe ASUS has a special "flashback" port for this like i had in my old? Doesnt seem like it tho.

ok bent pins, same answer I got on my asus rog strix 270 3mnd ago,If you have patiens and the right tool(needels) and a magnifing glass the bent pins can be set straight again,I have done it a few times, its not difficult ,steady hands and paitens.
I fix my old card and sold it with the intel kabylake 17 7700 to my friend and bought the asus rog maximus xi extream the reasone why I bought it it has 2 bios chips onbord, you can push one button and go back to the old bios.
gool luck with the job.I aslo think there is a spesial tool to buy to fix the bent pins ,look around on internet.

Did not mention that either. I have fixed that and they were not really that bent at all. I'm thinking the bios must have crashed so I'm more into desoldering the bios chip and mod it.. but first I'm gonna complaint I think.
