As of right now, my RAM within the BIOS is not set to XMP, and things are set to Auto. I've heard negative stuff about this motherboard and letting it automatically set stuff, but as of right now it's the only way I can use my PC. It occasionally shuts off with no shutdown screen, it just straight powers off. My PSU however, is an 850W Gold EVGA Supernova, and I would think that's more than enough to run my PC with all of its specs.

In the event viewer I get this:

Event Viewer ID 41: Kernel-Power (70368744177664),(2), “The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly".

I should also mention that I'm now on my 2nd PSU (of the same 850W) so I think the chances of the PSU being faulty is pretty low. Could the BIOS settings be the culprit of my PC shutting off ?

It could be the motherboard itself, if you already tested it on another psu (others than yours) and still see this sudden shut off.
