Going ITX so I needed a new mobo. Went with the Z390-I and damn is it small. Anyway I transfered all my stuff from my previous mobo to this one and when I go to boot for the first time, I get rgb lights on the mobo, fans spin, water cooling system kicks on for CPU and rbg on the RAM. The red CPU light checks out and turns off, the yellow DRAM light is next and stays solid for a few seconds then my system turns off and reboots. This process happens automatically 2 or three times until the computer stays on but no outgoing source to monitors or peripherals. Im pushing 12 hrs on this issue and no luck, help pls!

things ive done to try and troubleshoot:
  1. reset CMOS with jumper (with both and one memory stick)
  2. turn off MemOK
  3. try and boot with one memory stick
  4. remove GPU from system and try to boot.
  5. check CPU pins (theyre fine)
SYSTEM SPECS:
  1. ASUS ROG Z390-I Gaming
  2. i7-6700k
  3. 16gb Vengeance PRO
  4. Gigabyte GTX 1070 Windforce
  5. Corsair CS750M PSU
  6. DEEPCOOL CPU cooler
  7. Samsung SSD and two WD regular HD's

Oh wow I wasnt paying attention. I've upgraded mobos in the past but it's always just worked. Must have just assumed it was backwards compatible. Thx for the answer
