I have a RT-ACRH13 wireless router. In the web gui, it tells me there is a firmware update, and when i click on it, it goes to the firmware page and automatically starts downloading it. However, at the end of the progress, the page reloads (back to home), but the new firmware is not installed. Tried multiple times.
Also... when i try to just navigate to the firmware page separately, to manually install it, as soon as i get to the page it automatically starts "downloading" the new firmware without asking me. While this is happening, i am unable to click any buttons or navigate to anywhere to install the firmware manually. The same thing happens, it ultimately fails and reloads back to home page. Tried this multiple times also. So i have absolutely no way of loading the new firmware.
I scourged the web for this issue but couldn't find it. I sent Asus a message through my router web gui with no response.
Does anyone here have experience with this. Thanks
