ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0 & AMD FX 9370 with water cooler kit need to hookup the CPU fans but only one CPU fan hookup on motherboard and three cables from CPU cooler need help

You'll find three-pin connectors coming from the power supply that have only two pins in the jacket. Attach them and see if they run. They will run full time, but running in such a mode (two full time, one on the controller) won't be a detriment to the machine.

What is the cooler in question here? Some have onboard converters down to a single fan cable.

I was looking on Youtube and they say to hookup the fans that come with the cooler to these connectors!! so i'll try both suggestions tomorrow morning but could a diagram for guidance... Thanks

There are two types of fans, and thats the issue.
Some are the 3/4 pin small cables that attach to the motherboard.
There are also the 2 pin (In a 4 pin) molex fans that are larger. One is dynamic, the other goes straight to the PSU.
