its worth or not if i buy bundle Asus Sabertooth X58 with i7-950 for $122?

anyone here can guide me to build X58 pc?

im know have a 4th generation pc : ga-h81m-s2pt + g3250 + 4gb ram 1866mhz + 300w + gt 730 ddr3.
