Asus Sabertooth z87 Fan error

My Brandnew sabertooth z87 is receive fan error when i turn on my computer.

What meaning to say?
my Brandnew sabertooth z87 is defective or this is natural?

i try to low RPM to 500,400,300,200,100 but not working
when i try ignore my computer is working fine.

My Question: CPU FAN Eror is physical deffect or not

My pc Spec:
OS: win 7 ultimate 64bit
CPU: i7 4770k
Mobo: sabertooth z87
GPU: Asus GTX 780c OC
RAM: Corsair Dominator platinum
PSU: Corsair RM 850
CASE: Corsair 760T Black
SSD: Samsung SSD 840 PRO "6gb SATA cable"
HDD: Western Digital "6gn Sata cable"

is cpu fan plugged in the correct (cpu fan)mobo header? not chassis. also you can lower the (cpu fan low limit) through fan speed control in bios in order to avoid getting the error!

i use this method but nothing change CPU FAN Eror pop up

well if decreasing the limit to even 300rpm and still have the issues, may be defect cpu cooler. what are your bios temps.? is cpu heatshink properly seated in order to properly dissipate heat? if not then you should have increase cpu temps and always to slow fan rotation!(reapply thermal paste). if yes then most probably a defective cpu cooler. you could also try booting without the gpu in order to determine if its a power issue!

MY CPU Tem is 37C
My MB Tem is 38C

what means? my motherboard is deffective or my liquid cooler?

thats not a problem. the mobo temp also depends on the inside temp of your tower.really it isnt a problem. i ask about the header cause z87 has
1 x CPU Fan connector(s) (1 x 4 -pin)
1 x CPU OPT Fan connector(s) (1 x 4 -pin)
4 x Chassis Fan connector(s) (4 x 4 -pin)
so it must be on the specific cpu 1x4-pin fan mobo header. not to any other 1x4pin.

problem solve i remove my h100i fan to cpu fan connector
before my h100i fan conenctor have insert to cpu opt fan connection and receive error now when i remove and change to cpu fan connector no eror thanks men your the best..

next question?
My case is Newest Corsair 760T why i receive 38-40% MB Temperature
and im not OC but why i receive cpu tem 35-40?>????

what wrong whit my pc?

i have z77 sabertooth and currently as soon as i have booted to windows i get a 40c reading for the mobo sensor. honestly that isnt that important temp measurment.also know that thermal radar isnt that accurate on cpu core temp readings. prefer core temp - real temp or hwmonitor
