Building a new system for a friend. Everything went fine initially. All the strix lights turned on and the monitor got feed through the graphics card. After noticing the secondary HDD was not being picked up, I adjusted some BIOS settings and reseated the cables to it. The HDD worked but then the graphics card stopped putting out signal/being detected. Only the bottom lights came on, not the backplate light. Windows didn't detect it. GeForce Experience didn't detect it. Don't know if I messed with a setting in the BIOS. Couldn't figure out what to change. Card still seeks to work as half the lights are still turning on along with the power indicators. Did I accidentally disable the card? Anyone know any reason this would happen? Thanks-- really could use some ideas.

Solution
Clear the CMOS and try again.

Either that or you need to remove and re-insert the card or other components.

Would really need the complete specs to venture a guess. It is possible you have re-configured the PCIe configuration and prevented the GPU from working.
