Question Asus strix 3080 OC v2 red led flashing lights around pcie power cables

Hi i have rtx 3080 rog strix that always starts flashing when i play high demanding titles that push gpu at 99% usage it will always start blinking after 30 minutes playing and i don't have any major problems like shutting down or reset but i have some stuttering issue you can call it also hitching it happens almost all the time when game loads new assets and autosaves but the stuttering also happen even when i play low demanding games example CS:GO but the flashing is only when i play games that can push gpu at maximum.

They are a warning of a power issue. Not severe enough for crashing but enough for the gpu to detect. Are you using any extension cables?

can psu cause stutter even when i play low demanding games ? if yes what psu you recommend for that specs

I forgot to mention i tried 3dmark with oc max power limit and i didn't crash but i also didn't have the red flashing it's weird the flashing only happens when i play for more than 30 minutes
