Asus Strix Rx 470 Throttling to 300mz from 1100~1200mhz, cause?

I just finally got my Rx 470. Sadly i chose poorly and got the Asus Strix. I know it tries to throttle to keep itself at 60c, but to my knowledge I could avoid this with the GpuTweak II.

If you could look at the pictures. This is me playing overwatch on 2560x1080 on Ultra at 75fps. It would throttle every few seconds. I realized that when I alt-tabbed to check the gpu-tweak, it would sometimes reset my custom profile of 70c~ Gpu temperature to default 60c.

I have an Amd ii x4 955 with an m4a88td-m Asus motherboard and an antec 550w 80plus psu.

I am facing the same problem, for the future answers i say: I have 4690K cpu, so not his cpu the problem.

Asus(1043 04B0) - this is my card, and average preformance is only 70%, while MSI and Sapphire have 80% AVG.

i have also a rx 470 oc 4gb asus with a similar problem. I try to +20 for power limitaction from wattman but there's a bug than return to 0. Try to install trixx from sapphire, apply +20 to power limitation and enter to settings and disable ULPS, i think works so much better.
