Question Recommendation for budget gaming laptop

Hi all. I'm looking for a new laptop below $1000. I don't do heavy gaming, basically all I need it for is playing Apex Legends on an external monitor at 1080p with 144Hz refresh rate. I have narrowed it down to the following models, most with i7-13620H chips (the HP has 8845HS), RTX 40XX cards, 1TB storage, and 16GB RAM. Besides these specs, what matters to me is running quiet, running cool, and build quality. What doesn't matter is battery life, screen quality (because I will always use external monitor for gaming), speakers, and camera.
