Question ASUS stuck at ASUS logo. Not booting into Windows 8.1

THE ISSUE
--------------------
I have a PC I built.
I am stuck at the ASUS logo, the logo you see, as you turn on the PC.

It just stays stuck at the ASUS LOGO. I have waited for a long time , 20 mins and still it's not going into Windows 8.1


How IT ALL STARTED
----------------------
I changed the bios setting just before.
The PC was not waking up to a wired keyboard, and wired mouse.
It only woke up to a wireless USB mouse.

I tried to change some settings, but now it's stuck.

I tried to follow the ASUS guide. Reset CMOS.

I think, I think I did it correctly.

After the CMOS reset,
now the Numbers Lock comes on automatically, like it used to, when new.

At the ASUS LOGO,
I keep pressing DEL or F2 and now it never goes into the BIOS, or Windows 8.1



Please can you help me, please please.

SOLVED

Over night did the below


unplugged all cables
Usb
Power

LEFT connected
HDMI


Next morning
Opened case and unplugged each SATA and reconnected
and Bios access became accessable

TIP
HDD SSD if cables loose in PC can stop PC booting and access to BIOS
