Asus Stylus Doesn't Work

I have an Asus 2-in-one laptop/tablet. I got the stylus a couple years ago, and I haven't used it in many months. So when I tried drawing with it, it no longer works. I thought that maybe the battery was dead, so I ordered the AAAA battery for it, put it in, and it still doesn't work!

I've tried the calibration tool in Windows 10, but it just doesn't respond to my pen. The touch screen does work, as it responds to my finger, but not the pen.

Help?

Does the stylus work on any other devices?

Apparently not. I hadn't thought to test it elsewhere, but I just did, and it's a no go. I guess the stylus might have just died.
