The patent in question is described as a 'method and apparatus for improving a transmission using a configured resource in a wireless communication system' and covers 4G and 5G smartphones. RPX Insight says the patent is a standard essential patent.

Despite our patent assets making us very little money we have faith that these patents assets will eventually make us money in the future when we sue Samsung and any other company that wants to use signal boosters in their phones.
Samsung being such a large company will give us millions to go away.
