Asus transformer aio sucks

My Asus transformer AIO keeps saying reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key how do I fix??????

Try removing whatever USB stick you have plugged in.

If you don't have one plugged in, you may have had disk failure. You can try using recovery media (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/create-reset-refresh-media) to reinstall Windows, but if that fails your only option is repair/replacement.
