Question Asus TUF A15 battery discharge

Of late, occasionally my Asus TUF A15 has been showing battery discharge, while it is off. For example, if my laptop is charged to 100%(it is connected to AC power while I game), and later it's shut down, sometimes the battery would get discharged a lot. While booting, the laptop would hesitate, the screen would flicker, in such a scenario. What should I do? Please share your advices.
Specs- Ryzen 7 4800H
Ram-16 GB
Storage- 1 TB SN 530 WD NvME
GFX- rtx 2060
OS- Win 10 Pro 21H1

How do you shut it down? Do you actually tell the OS to shut down? If you do something like close the lid, the laptop goes the sleep. While it doesn't consume that much power, it's still going to be enough to show significant battery usage after a few days.

If it's completely off, the battery may be defective.

I shut down the laptop through the OS.
The discharge is there when it is completely off.

If it's under warranty still, I would get it RMA'd. This sounds like the battery or something is defective.
