Question ASUS TUF B450 PLUS GAMING x Ryzen 9 5900X ?

Hi all, i'm actually planning on an upgrade on my setup.
Im now running a B450 ASUS TUF plus gaming mobo with Ryzen 5 3600, RTX 2070, and 4x8Go DDR4 3200Mhz. I'm thinking to swap them for a Ryzen 9 5900X and RX 7900 XTX and i cant really figure out if my mb would handle them. Is there any VRMs limits for the CPU that would lower its perfomances or something like that ? Doing that, I would obviously have to upgrade my power supply and cpu cooling but i would like to be sure that my little B450 has a strong enough back for those monsters ! Before i put all my money in the new components..!
So.. yeah, tell me what are you guys thoughts on that ?

You will need to update the BIOS to the latest version prior to dropping in the Ryzen 5000 series processor listed above. As for you build, what is the make and model of your POSU and it's age?

If you're up for it, you might want to look at a B550 chipset board but at that point costs might be a concern and AM5 might be a worthwhile foot in the door.
