Question Asus Tuf B550-PLUS won't start, just a black screen

I'm upgrading my PC's Motherboard and CPU but I cannot get it to boot. I've checked all connections, changed monitors, and HDMI cables, reset the CPU, reset the RAM (Made sure they are in the correct slots), and flashed the bios to the latest version from ASUS multiple times. I've tried to flash the motherboard to Version 3611.

The only thing that happens is that the Motherboard's RGB lights turn on and the fans start spinning. I do see the LED on my flash drive light up, and the BIOS flashback LED blinks when I push the BIOS Flashback button. I can't get into the bios or even get the thing to boot into Windows 10. Do you have any idea what could be the problem?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

How old is the PSU in your build?

I've tried to flash the motherboard to Version 3611.
Did you try BIOS FlashBack with steps outlined in this guide;

Different board but the principle remains the same.
The PSU is about 8 years old, but I used it yesterday with my old setup to play some games, and it was working fine. To note I was using it with the same setup as above but with a Ryzen 5 1600X and Asus PRIME a320m-k

I followed the steps in the video, which had the same outlined steps and had no impact. Does the motherboard need to be empty when I update the BIOS?
