Asus tuf gaming b550 plus is not starting

Yesterday it was working without any problem. It had nvme hard drive on it. Windows was on it. I removed this to give someone, then i would install ubuntu to my other ssd but after removing nvme, it started not to work. I could not boot it.

When i connect to psu, only lights come but it does not start when i press buttons or use screwdrivers.

I disconnected everything. eXcept cpu because hard to remove it. I can also try in last case if i cant find any solution.

I downloaded TUF-GAMING-B550-PLUS-ASUS-3611 bios driver which is latest from website of asus and flashed it also. IT did not help. maybe i was not doing correctly because i created that usb stick on ubuntu machine by formatting to fat and patsed the folder. But usb port green light disconnec ted after minutes while both usb and that light was on so i think it worked and i think not about it.

psu:

GamePower Gp-650 PC Power Supply

https://digitalpromo.co.uk/gamemax-gp-650-white-edition-650w-80-plus-bronze-fully-wired-power-supply.html

ram: ballistix ram double

there is cpu amd and 2 rams . ALso rams cant be taken without removing cpu.

amd ryzen 7 5800 8 core cpu.

I am posting some items to show how motherboard is and how i tried to boot and my bios update files.

Should it be about power pins broken or psu or cpu or bios, how can i be sure? I checked lots of posts but i could not succeed with how they succeeded

I am waiting any helps . Thank you.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model.

As my colleague above has stated, you will need to hook up the EPS connectors, not just the 24pin main connector. One more thing, where is your CMOS battery? You shouldn't power up the board without the battery missing.

I also tried with 8 pin connected. Same still.
cpu md ryzen 7 5800 8 core cpu.
ram ballistik double ram probably 16 gb x 2 but i cant find any info. i cant remove cpu so i cant remove ram to see them.

and for battery
i tried both. I will try also with new batttery, i dont think battery is over but i will try in 2 hours also with new battery but until now i tried with battery on also.

There is no GPU with the 5800, so you must install one for the system to boot.
At first there was gpu. i have sapphire. Now again connected and took video but i could not boot it again. I put gpu and put 8 pin of cpu and 8 pib to gpu only. Is it correct? Video is latest one:

And even without gpu cpu ram, should not it give voice or beep or qled?

Look at page 1-5 of the manual:

https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/SocketAM4/TUF_GAMING_B550-PLUS/E16576_TUF_GAMING_B550-PLUS_UM_WEB.pdf?model=TUF GAMING B550-PLUS

Verify that you are shorting the right pins to power on.

Also, you need to give the system up to a couple minutes to start. Since you disassembled, it thinks it is dealing with a new configuration so it needs to train itself to see all of the new hardware before it will post.
I think link is broken but i found https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/...0-PLUS/E16576_TUF_GAMING_B550-PLUS_UM_WEB.pdf

according to that manuel i am doing correct:
ATX power button/soft-off button (2-pin PWRSW) This header is for the system power button. Pressing the power button turns the system on or puts the system in sleep or soft-off mode depending on the operating system settings. Pressing the power swit

so i touch those two pins together or seperately but none of them worked. As you suggested, also now i left open while power suplly is on and waited 5 -6 minutes to prepared and but it did not help. still only colorful lights and no response when i touch power sw.

do i need to attach vga driver to monitor also?

also why are you trying to start it up on a pillow work surface or cardboard box never bedding material etc.

thats a good way to cause a short.

you must rename the file for bios flash to work correctly the board wont see it

1 stick must be formatted in fat 32.
2. download the bios and open up the file and use the renamer.

I created usb stick on ubuntu computer. I could create partition as fat. not fat 32 and i could not work rename . exe but i manually renamed and when i flashed, the lights stayed on usb and on button for 4-5 minutes and they went off so i thought flashing worked.

and i also tried inside computer case before removing everything but i will put on different thing now.
