[SOLVED] Asus Tuf GTX 1650 SUPER Fans Working On %25 Idle

Card is always working in %25 fan load. I couldn't drop it below in Asus Tweak or Msi afterburner. The lowest setting is always %25. Can you help pls ?

I believe that card does not support 0db fan, or fan stop, or whatever it's called. The fans can not spin in lower than 25% propably.

If thats real its so stupid. Even my old RX 560 had this ''feature''. Doesn't 0 db fan represents how quiet it is? Not the fan level.

0db means literally not making ANY noise which means, not spinning...
It doesn't matter if an older card had that function. It's a choice that ASUS made for that model. If it was the STRIX and not the TUF version, it would have it.

Wouldn't this shorten the life span of fans?

It does but in most cases, GPU upgrade is sooner than the end of fan's life. It's very easy to replace them as well. I would not worry though, it's something that will not happen easily.

Oh, thanks for clearing things out. I would never think this marketing ''strategy'' was a thing if I tought for a million years prolly.
