ASUS TUF Z370 Plus XMP Settings ? BIOS

I want to know the optimal XMP profile settings for this board .

I've already selected the XMP profile from EZMode screen . It has turned many settings on but I've heard that with MCE on & CPU voltage set to Auto can cause high temperatures . If there is any manual setting please let me know how to do both for CPU & RAM

@Calvin7 Yes the only thing I've changed in default XMP profile myself is setting the DRAM speed from from 2400MHZ to 2666MHZ

I've seen people tweaking the CAS latency , Speed , voltage & other things to get the best out of their hardware keeping the temps low too but I dont know how to do it safely .
