So, I just bought a brand new Asus VG248QE 3D Monitor and I have a brand new GTX Titan X and a brand new DisplayPort cable, but I cannot get the monitor to detect on DisplayPort and therefore have a 144Hz monitor that can only run at 60Hz (HDMI). So what am I doing wrong? I've updated my Nvidia GeForce drivers but no matter what I do I can't get this to work. Can someone please help me? I really want to play FO4 at 144Hz. Thanks.

I've tried all 3 displayports as well, still nothing? Is there something I need to install? What am I missing? DisplayPort should plug in and work immediately shouldn't it?

The Titan X has a Dvi-D So does the Monitor why aren't you just using that like everyone else to get 144hz. Also I know for a fact that Monitor comes with one if you bought it new.

Did you install the Monitor driver if not on windows 10?

Windows 8.1 Pro, and, it's working now. The DisplayPort cable that I bought was being blocked at the graphics card because of the casing on the cable's plug so I had to adjust the card on the board to get the cable to fit in properly. And I figured out how to adjust the settings for 1080p at 144Hz, looking amazing!
