Question Asus vs228 monitor is blurry

Hello, I bought a computer set coming with the Asus monitor I got for 20 dollars. It's a 1080p monitor, and I'm using Intel's integrated graphics because I'm still waiting for my graphics card. But for some reason image quality looks terrible, colors are okay, but it seems blurry. When watching youtube videos it's so blurry, I've tried HDMI and even VGA, no changes, I do not have a DVI cable. I Also tried fixing things in the monitor's settings by resetting it nothing changed, its also in native res 1080p. I've also tried to fix settings in Intel's control panel, but nothing changed. My monitor is an Asus vs228h

My vw228n is blurry at VGA but at DVI-D its clear, I think my VGA converter/chip went bad as the monitor is quite old.
But using playstation 2 with modded output at lower res 480p It gives me clear image tho.
