Asus VS246HR - graphic issues ingame? HELP :/

Hi I have this monitor : http://www.asus.com/uk/Monitors_Projectors/VS247HR/

When i play games i get a black smudge / blur around the outside of some objects, i cant manage tot ake a screen shot as in Wow ( only game i have) it captures the frame and stops the screen therefore stopping the blur, it isnt there if i dont move the camera angle or if things dont move quickly on my screen,

any way to fix this please?

Its hard to explain but when i move ingame the detail blurs and then becomes sharp as soon as i stop. Is this an inherent problem with LED monitors?
