Near as I can tell from pictures, it doesn't.
Put the monitor face down. Wedge a flathead screwdriver in the indentation ( i think its near the top and should be a matte finish if i remember correctly), and pop apart the bezel. It shouldn't be too tough to get the screwdriver to go in, just take your time. Once you get that plastic panel off, you'll be able to access the screws holding the remainder of the stand in place.
