Ryzen's platform is limited to under 3000MHz so in terms of frequency, you can't go higher. If you're asking about the RGB compatibility, well as per their claims on their site the ram kit is compatible with Asus Aura Sync so the lights should be about the business. In fact G.Skill have released a Beta version of the software but it's yet a work in progress to help improve the end users experience.

I have a pair of the Trident Z rgb 3200mhz in my hands and the Ryzen 1800x chip. Amazon screwed up my pre-order so I am waiting on back order for the Crosshair VI mother board. The Trident Z RGB is not listed on the QLV. However I will try it as soon as the motherboard comes in. I think it will work as there are some other Trident Z RAM listed on the QVL. At least I can hope.
Also here is an article by G. Skill. Looks like they made some RAM specifically for Ryzen.

UPDATE 5/12/17
I am running the Trident Z RGB 3200mhz 2x8GB CL14. Model F43200C14D-16GTZR I have been running this at 3200mhz since day 1. Key things for Ryzen memory are Samsung b-die, CL14 and 2x8gb. Some guys can get 4x8gb running at 3200mhz and after the May BIOS update from AMD we are expecting even better results and more ability to get 4 channel RAM running fast. Something to remember with Ryzen is that the speed of the infinity fabric (south bridge) is set to the speed of the RAM. So the faster the better. If I had to do it again I would have purchased this exact model of RAM at the 3600mhz speed. Only change I'd make.
To get your memory running at 3200mhz on the Crosshair VI Hero you will need to go into the bios advance mode and set the RAM speed to 3200mhz and the voltage from auto to 1.35v as it states on the RAM. Also you will need to go into the boot section of the bios and change the boot RAM voltage from auto to 1.35v. If this does not work try setting the boot voltage to 1.4v and leave the RAM voltage after boot at 1.35v. The first time you change this it should boot repeatedly a few times as it learns the RAM and then come up at 3200mhz. Check the home screen of the bios (advance mode) to ensure you are running at 3200mhz.
One other piece of advice is that the Asus Aura software at this specific date (5/12/17) is causing issues with the RGB memory sticks, especially if you have two RGB software controllers loaded (i.e. G.Skills and Aura). Some have reported fried sticks. So I am waiting until the all clear before installing Aura and changing my RGB color from the default rainbow effect.

I have the Asus x370 Hero mb and R7 1800x with the Trident z RGB (2x8) 16gb 3200 ram. It seems to work just fine and the rgb lighting display is stuck in rainbow mode. I tried downloading the beta software but it crashes the Asus aura software when I do. Also this mb has a setting for ram at 3200 but i don't think its actually running at that speed because when i look under something else in the bios it says my ram max speed is 2133 which it's not. I am a total noob and this is my first build so I don't know about my speeds for sure. Also the hero mb fancy rgb lighting is stuck in rainbow mode when I shut my computer down. If anyone knows how to get that to turn off let me know! It's not the leds for the start button.
I am getting my Crosshair 6 Hero board on Tuesday and should be putting my rig together next weekend. Once I figure things out or as I figure them out I'll post back here. Your RAM is most likely being automatically down clocked and to get it running at 3200mhz you will have to go into the Bios and Over Clock it. I have seen some threads and believe it will probably work with about 1.35 to 1.4 voltz and some trimming adjustment. But if that doesn't work you and I will have to run the RGB sticks at 2133 with tighter timings until the BIOS gets up to speed in the next month or two to allow for the 3200mhz RAM
